Who holds my details?

Elevate Global Trading Limited, the Hong Kong company that trades as Elytr. It decides what this site collects and what that is used for, and it is who you write to: info@elytr.io.

What do I give you?

An email address or a Telegram handle, and whether you want to back Safes or run one. That is the whole form. It is your choice to give them; without them we cannot tell you when the bot opens, and the demo stays closed.

What else is recorded?

The time you signed up, and the address of the page the form was sent from, with any campaign tag that was in it. Your IP address reaches our host with every request, as on any website. We hold it briefly in memory to stop the form being flooded and never store it with your entry.

What do you do with it?

One thing, the one you asked for: we send you one message when the bot opens to you, by email or on Telegram, whichever you gave. No newsletter. We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing. We also count how many people are waiting to back Safes and how many to run one.

Who else handles it?

Vercel, the company that hosts this site, stores the list on our behalf. When the time comes, so does whatever carries that one message to you: an email provider, or Telegram if you gave a handle. Vercel is based in the United States, so your details may be kept outside Hong Kong and outside your own country.

How long do you keep it?

Twelve months from the day you signed up. Then your entry is deleted. Ask us sooner and we delete it sooner.

Do you use cookies?

One, set when you join the list. It is called elytr_pass and it is what opens the demo for you. It holds a signed date and nothing about you, and it lasts 180 days. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Do you track my visit?

We count visits and measure page speed with Vercel’s analytics. They set no cookies and do not follow you to other sites. They record the page, the site you came from, your rough location, and your browser, operating system, device type and connection speed, and we see them as totals. What tells one visit from another is discarded after 24 hours.

How do I see, fix or delete it?

Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it and take you off the list. Write to info@elytr.io, or to the Director, Elevate Global Trading Limited, Room 1006, 10/F, Po Yip Building, 23 Hing Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong, or to the data protection authority where you live.
